Privacy Policy

Swift Orbit LLC ("Swift Orbit," "we," "us," or "our") builds mobile apps, including RUMPUS. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Swift Orbit LLC on the Apple App Store and any other platform where our apps are distributed (each, an "App"), unless a specific App links to a separate policy.

By using an App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. What's collected depends on which App you're using and the permissions you grant.

Device & usage data. Our Apps may use third-party analytics and advertising SDKs that automatically collect standard device information (device model, OS version, language, approximate region, crash logs, and app usage events) to help us fix bugs and understand feature usage.

Advertising identifiers. Apps that show ads use Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads. On iOS, this only happens if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized.

Permission-based data (camera, microphone, location, etc.). If an App requests access to your camera, microphone, photo library, or location, that data is used only for the feature you're actively using within that App. Unless an App's in-app description says otherwise, this data is processed on-device in real time and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party. For example, RUMPUS uses microphone input to apply live voice effects and detect music tempo — that audio is never saved or uploaded unless you explicitly choose to record and save a clip within the App.

Account data. Most of our Apps, including RUMPUS, do not require creating an account and do not collect your name, email, or any other identity data to use the App.

Content you create. If an App lets you save photos, clips, or other content locally, that content stays in the App's sandboxed storage on your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not uploaded to our servers unless the App explicitly tells you it will.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate and improve our Apps, diagnose crashes and fix bugs, serve and measure advertising (personalized only with your consent), and understand aggregate feature usage.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate Google AdMob & Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising and consent management (see Google's Privacy Policy), and Apple frameworks (StoreKit, App Tracking Transparency) for in-app purchases and tracking consent (see Apple's Privacy Policy). Additional analytics or crash-reporting providers, where used, are disclosed in the relevant App's listing.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and some carry a 17+ age rating due to mature content and are not intended for use by minors at all. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because most data our Apps handle stays on your device, deleting the App removes that data. Where we do receive data via third parties, it is retained only as long as necessary, per each provider's own retention policy. To request deletion of any data we may hold about you, email us below.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Manage App Tracking Transparency permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Revoke camera, microphone, or other permissions anytime in iOS Settings → [App Name]. Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR/CCPA to request access, correction, or deletion of your data — contact us below.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above.
